Why I dumped the store-bought granola (and never looked back) 👇

Hey Reader,

Can I tell you a story? It starts with a box of store-bought granola… and ends with the warmest, coziest smell filling my kitchen, and a batch of crunchy homemade granola that’s exactly how I like it.

Once upon a time, I was a serious granola buyer. I’d hunt down fancy brands with cool flavours and funky shapes, thinking, this one’s gonna be the winner.

Spoiler alert: it never was.

Most of the time, I ended up with a shelf full of half-used bags that were just… meh. Too sweet, too crumbly, with weird ingredients I couldn’t trust. It always left me feeling a little disappointed and frustrated.

So one day, I thought - Wait, why don’t I just make my own granola?
Seriously, how hard could it be?

Turns out? It’s ridiculously easy.

You just take your favourite nuts, dried fruit, oats, a touch of sweetener and spice, mix it all up, and straight into the oven it goes. In minutes, your whole house smells like a bakery in heaven.

Plus, it makes the cutest homemade gift for your dear neighbour or a friend. Imagine handing them a jar and watching their face light up as they sprinkle it over yogurt, milk… or even a scoop of ice cream. Delicious. Totally unforgettable.

burger

Hey Reader, If you are anything like me, the minute the weather warms up, the grill comes out. This year, we are keeping things still delicious, but on the lighter side (I promise that there will be zero boring bites). 👉 The Ultimate Homemade Burger This burger is juicy, bold, smoky, and so satisfying. Not a basic beef patty, but a flavourful burger, with garlic, onion, and my secret spice mix that turns tasteless ground meat into magic. You can now skip the soggy drive-thru burger and make...

herbs

Hey Reader, Have you ever walked past bundles of fresh herbs at the store or at farmers market and thought "How can I use them more?" Yeah... I do the same, every summer. Or maybe you are growing herbs on your own? Maybe just few pots on the window or a whole backyard jungle (I am getting close on that one). Either way, it always starts with good intentions... Until suddenly there is too much rosemary, the dill looks floppy, and you have no clue what to do with that thyme anymore. So, here is...

easy meals

Hey Reader, Can I be honest for a second here? There were many days I can remember when I served up a dinner of boxed mac & cheese… or just scrambled eggs. Yes, too many times to count. Just a simple 5 minutes meal that got the job done. Why? Because I was exhausted! Even boiling pasta felt like a huge mountain to claim. And if you’ve ever stood in front of your fridge after work, thinking “I can't do this tonight”, then you get it. Cooking every day is not always an easy thing. Add in work,...
