Until suddenly there is just too much of them... 🪴

Hey Reader,

Have you ever walked past bundles of fresh herbs at the store or at farmers market and thought "How can I use them more?"

Yeah... I do the same, every summer.

Or maybe you are growing herbs on your own? Maybe just few pots on the window or a whole backyard jungle (I am getting close on that one). Either way, it always starts with good intentions... Until suddenly there is too much rosemary, the dill looks floppy, and you have no clue what to do with that thyme anymore.

So, here is ridiculously easy and so delicious fix:

Lets make Herb Butter. Yes, it is that simple. Grab whatever herbs you’ve got, chopped and toss them into butter, and you'll get a delicious flavour bomb that is ready to turn even just a regular meal into something special! You can use it on toast, roasted potatoes, grilled steak (you must try this one!), or just on a warm crusty bread.

It is the easiest way to stretch those fresh herbs before they give up on you. The other wonderful thing is that you can freeze any leftovers herb butter for later. So even if you’re not cooking much now, you will absolutely thank yourself later.

I love using herbs the right way. One of my favourite ways to make the most of fresh herbs is by making a herb butter.
