It's Time For A Fresh Start...Literally 🥬


Hey Reader,

I feel like everything is waking up. The air smells sweeter, colours getting more vibrant, so beautiful... And I’m feeling that familiar itch to grow something...

Which brings me to my big excitement: I’m starting my herb garden! Oh finally spring!

From basil, mint, rosemary and sage, all of these folks are getting ready to pop into the soil. There is something so unique about cooking with herbs you’ve grown yourself that makes the food feel extra special. Even a simple dinner turns into a little celebration. Celebration of flavours, beautiful colours and nutrients - all in one place!

And don’t worry, I don't think you do need a garden to get in on this. Fresh herbs from the store work just as well. Just wanted to give you heads up that I’ve got a few ideas on how to use fresh herbs in quick, delicious ways. You'll see quite few herby dishes coming your way in the upcoming weeks.
