➡️Patience Is A Virtue… But This Makes It Hard! 😉

Hey Reader,

Spring has always been such an exciting time for me - the longer days, warmer weather, and of course, Easter! When I think of Easter, one thing that always comes to mind is Easter Bread.

The sweet fluffy Easter bread is a beloved tradition in my family, a wonderful treat that almost every household makes. It’s a popular recipe in the Balkan region and truly a delight. I know it might look intimidating at first, but trust me - it’s much easier to make than it seems. The hardest part is resisting the urge to peek while the dough rises. But patience is key, and it’s so worth it.

So, if you’re ready to bring a homemade delight to your Easter table, I invite you to check it out. You won’t regret it.

And honestly, who says you have to wait for Easter? I make it a few times a year, just because I love it.

cluttered kitchen

Hey Reader, I used to be that person who couldn’t resist all those cool kitchen gadgets. I had not one, but three spiralizers, two different blenders, both manual and automatic food choppers, an egg yolk separator (because apparently, my hands weren’t good enough?) and so much more. My cabinets were overflowing, my wallet was shrinking, and to be honest, I only used few of the tools every time. Until one day, I decided that I wanted a kitchen that worked for me, not against me, where every...

Biba in a garden

Hey Reader, Finally, March is here 🌿 And while it’s not fully spring weather just yet, I can feel it creeping in. The days are longer (but in a good way), the mood is brighter, and I have that little spark of excitement as we get closer to sunshine and fresh blooms 🌺 As much as I love the snow, the hot cocoa and fluffy blankets, I think I had enough of winter for this year. So please bring on the sunshine, open windows for fresh air, and most importantly... the fresh herbs from my little...
