OK, winter! That's enough!

Hey Reader,

Finally, March is here 🌿 And while it’s not fully spring weather just yet, I can feel it creeping in. The days are longer (but in a good way), the mood is brighter, and I have that little spark of excitement as we get closer to sunshine and fresh blooms 🌺

As much as I love the snow, the hot cocoa and fluffy blankets, I think I had enough of winter for this year. So please bring on the sunshine, open windows for fresh air, and most importantly... the fresh herbs from my little garden! 🌱

Nothing beats snipping fresh basil or rosemary right before cooking.

It’s such a simple joy that makes food taste so much better.

And since we are all in the mood for spring weather, let me indulge you with a few delicious, easy meals to cook this week and celebrate the new season.

cluttered kitchen

Hey Reader, I used to be that person who couldn’t resist all those cool kitchen gadgets. My cabinets were overflowing, my wallet was shrinking, and to be honest, I only used few of the tools every time. Until one day, I decided that I wanted a kitchen that worked for me, not against me, where every...

When I think of Easter, one thing always comes to mind...

Hey Reader, Spring has always been such an exciting time for me - the longer days, warmer weather, and of course, Easter! When I think of Easter, one thing that always comes to mind is Easter Bread. The sweet fluffy Easter bread is a beloved tradition in my family, a wonderful treat that almost every household makes. It’s a popular recipe in the Balkan region and truly a delight. I know it might look intimidating at first, but trust me - it’s much easier to make than it seems. The hardest...
