Hey Reader,

This week I noticed something about myself that I think you might relate to.

Every afternoon, right around that moment when the emails slow down but the to-do list is still staring at me, I kept craving something sweet. Not a giant dessert or a sugar crash, but a small nutritious bite that is guilt-free.

And instead of fighting it (which never ends well), I decided to solve it in a simple and a smart way.

I wanted something that checks all these boxes:
โœ”๏ธ Quick to make
โœ”๏ธ No baking needed
โœ”๏ธ Works for breakfast or snack
โœ”๏ธ And does not leave me hungry again 30 minutes later

So I grabbed oats and protein powder as a base, nut butter for healthy fats and natural sweetness from dates. Mixed, rolled, chilled. Done. Isn't that just amazing?
