πŸ‘‰πŸ»Try These 5 Pumpkin Recipes Now From Breakfast To Dinner

Hey Reader,

This year I finally rounded up the pumpkin recipes that actually get made in my home. From a lazy breakfast all the way to dinner.

One Pumpkin, Three Meals πŸŽƒ

Here is my favourite trick. I roast a big tray of maple glazed pumpkin for snack, then blend the leftover pieces into a quick puree for pancakes or stuffed croissants the next morning. Whatever is left can even go into a pot of creamy soup (I usually reserve a piece-two in the roasting unsweetened). One ingredient, three meals, and nothing ends up wasted.

Quick Tip Before You Start Shopping

If you want to get pumpkin puree, grab the plain one, not pumpkin pie filling. The pie filling already has sugar and spices in it, so it changes how your recipe turns out. But I usually go ahead with fresh pumpkin, I love it the most.

Inside my new blog post you’ll find crispy pumpkin spice croissants made from day-old croissants, fluffy ricotta pancakes, oat pumpkin bread that’s lovely for lunchbox, a simple but amazing roasted pumpkin and cauliflower soup, and the maple roasted pumpkin I can never keep leftovers of.
