Hey Reader,
So there I was, staring at a handful of blueberries that were not going to survive another day and a bag of almond flour that had been sitting in my pantry long enough to start feeling judgmental.
I wasn't planning to bake anything. I was tired, many things on my to-do list and making cake was genuinely the last thing on my agenda. But somehow, one thing led to another, and before I knew it, the whole kitchen smelled incredible and there was a beautiful Almond Pound Cake with Blueberry sitting on my counter.
