I can't believe pickling season is already here.
When I saw few pretty red maple leaves on the pavement, it hit me - the falls is here. This is the exact same time I start pickling every year, and somehow it caught me off guard (again).
There is something about that first cold snap that makes me want jars lined up on the counter.
