The 4-ingredients breakfast I take to work

Hey Reader,

For months, my breakfast was the same bowl of yogurt and granola. Then I figured I needed some extra protein for a healthier diet, and my usual bowl wasn’t cutting it anymore.

So I played around in the kitchen and landed on something I didn’t expect πŸ‘‰ a thick, creamy chocolate protein pudding that tastes like dessert. It takes about two minutes, four ingredients, and keeps me full for hours.

I usually make it in a small jar and take it to work, and it’s become the part of my morning I look forward to the most. If your breakfast has been on repeat lately, this might be a great change.
