Hey Reader,
I am sitting on an idea and before I sink any more time into it, I want your honest gut reaction.
Here is what I'm thinking π a small, focused course called Smart Leftovers Flip! It is basically everything I know about turning leftovers into a totally different (and actually exciting) meal the next day. No more guilt-staring at containers in the fridge, or throwing perfectly good food in the bin.
The rough shape of it:
- A simple fridge audit so you always know what you are working with
- The "cook once, eat twice (or more)" mindset shift
- Protein flips (one chicken β three completely different dinners)
- Grain and carb remixes
- A weekly rhythm so this becomes a habit, and not just another one-time trick
That's it. Small, practical things.
So, would this actually be useful to you?
Please hit reply and simply tell me Yes or No.

You can also tell me what would make this irresistible for you?
A specific ingredient you always waste?
A format you wish more courses had?
I'm building this for you, so I'd genuinely love to know. Hit reply and let me know!
No pressure either way - I am just trying to make sure I'm building something you actually want before I go all in.
Thanks a million!
