Hey there!

Some weeks just call for a big bowl of a warm, creamy, and just a bit spicy soup. This week, the special soup on the menu is my Turkish lentil soup. I have a feeling it is about to become your new weeknight quick and healthy dinner choice.

I have been making versions of this soup for years. It always felt familiar and comforting, and over time I kept tweaking the spices and adjusting the texture until this version finally felt completely mine. And honestly - it has become one of my all-time favourites on the entire menu.
