One roast chicken. Three completely different dinners.

So last Sunday I roasted a whole chicken - classic move.

Monday night, I pulled the leftover meat off the bone, tossed it into a quick stir fry with whatever vegetables I had, and served it over rice. Done in 15 minutes.

Tuesday? Same chicken. Shredded into a simple soup with some broth, pasta, and lemon.

One chicken. Three dinners. Amazing, right?

The trick isn't really a trick β€” it's just knowing what to look for and how to build from what's already there. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
